Cedar Grove Weddings

Our property is ready to host your special day with family and friends in the heart of the Hocking Hills.  Our modern amenities nestled in the woods give you the destination experience that you’ve been searching for.

Unlike other venues, we make your search for that venue place simple by providing full transparency in our amenities and pricing. No need for all those calls and emails just to discover hidden fees and required add-ons.  Below is a detailed list of included amenities, pricing, sample  packages and optional items you may consider.

Included with all Event Lodge rentals:

  • Exclusive access to our 5,000 sq ft climate-controlled venue located on 65 acres just 1/2 mile from Old Man’s Cave State Park.
  • Private Dressing Lounge/Suite in the same Event Lodge building
  • Fully licensed bar that can include wine, beer, and spirits.
  • Kitchen with commercial refrigerator, warming box, 2 stainless steel tables, and 3-well sink for use by your licensed caterer.
  • Indoor restrooms
  • Consultation Services: An initial session after booking to review your special day, vendor selections, etc.. and one other session 30 days prior to your special day to finalize details.
  • An online Cedar Grove Wedding Planning Guide that is customized for your event and available via your private web portal.
  • A Cedar Grove team member on site for the duration of your rental period to address facility related items.
  • ADA compliant facility
  • Parking Lot with handicap parking.

  • Friday or Sunday rentals are $500 less than rates stated
  • Monday-Thursday rentals are $1000 less than rates stated
  • Take an additional $1000 off for any December-February rentals
  • You may add or upgrade an item within a package for an additional cost. No discount will be provided for removal of a packaged item.
  • No additional gratuities or service fees required for the above items.
  • Above pricing does not include applicable taxes.

Additional services available 
Outdoor Ceremony in adjoining location (wooded area, uncovered patio, covered patio or indoor) with backup alternatives depending on weather. Includes wooden arbor, white folding chairs for all guests and wireless microphone and speakers$700
Alcoholic Beverage Services are provided on a consumption basis (only pay for what you drink) which results in significant savings compared to BYOB or fixed priced per person options. An online Beverage Estimating Tool is available to provide an estimate of your total beverage costs. Averaging $12-$25/person.

Use of the facility the day prior (10am-midnight) for your rehearsal and/or decorating.
* Add an optional Welcome Party with a casual dinner and cash bar for $30/person (minimum of 30 people required).

Rehearsal (Thursday or Friday) before your Saturday wedding. Actual date and time will be mutually agreed to ~60 days prior to your event. 3 hours use of the Event Lodge and ceremony space
* Add on optional light snacks and cash bar (no decorating of the Event Lodge during this time) for $10/person (minimum 20 people required)

Morning after rental (8am-noon). Enjoy your wedding knowing you don’t have to worry about removing all your items or saying goodbyes the night of your wedding. This can be added within 60 days of your event depending on availability.

Intimate Weddings  

Our Intimate wedding packages are perfect for those looking for a smaller more intimate experience. Ideal for wedding receptions of 25 to 100 guests.  We take care of the setup and you just add the finishing touches.
